About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team in Ajman, UAE. In this full time sales officer role, you will be at the forefront of our growth strategy, responsible for identifying new market opportunities, negotiating contracts, and fostering long-term relationships with clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the UAE market, exceptional bilingual communication skills, and a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Business Growth: Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities to consistently achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Client Management: Develop, maintain, and nurture strong, long-lasting relationships with new and existing customers.
- Market Strategy: Conduct comprehensive market research and competitor analysis to stay ahead of industry trends and position our offerings effectively.
- Sales Operations: Prepare accurate quotations, draft proposals, and lead contract negotiations with clients.
- Collaboration: Coordinate seamlessly with internal teams to ensure the highest levels of customer satisfaction and smooth service delivery.
- Reporting: Track performance metrics and prepare regular, detailed sales reports and revenue forecasts for management.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Demographics: Female, Arab National.
- Experience: Minimum 1–2 years of dedicated sales or business development experience within the UAE market.
- Languages: Full professional fluency in both Arabic and English (written and spoken).
- Core Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Must have the ability to effectively pitch and close deals.
- Mobility: A valid UAE Driving License is highly preferred.
