Job description:

We are looking for an experienced Tissue, Maxi Roll, and Paper Napkin Machine Operator to join our production team. The operator will be responsible for running, monitoring, and maintaining the paper converting machines to ensure smooth, efficient, and high-quality production.

Quality Control

• Monitor product quality (sheet size, softness, perforation, GSM, core quality).
• Conduct regular inspections for defects and maintain quality standards.

Maintenance & Safety

• Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of machines.
• Troubleshoot mechanical issues and coordinate with technicians when required.
• Follow all workplace safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.

Qualifications & Skills

• Proven experience operating tissue/maxi roll/napkin converting machines.
• Basic mechanical knowledge for troubleshooting.
• Ability to monitor production processes and maintain quality.
• Physically fit and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Experience

• Experience with machines such as:
• Maxi Roll Rewinder Machine
• Tissue Paper Converting Machine
• Napkin Embossing & Folding Machine
• Knowledge of embossing patterns, perforation blades, glue units, and packaging lines.
